Poster Instructions.

Poster Size: A0 Portrait

Poster boards will be setup on Wednesday, 31 August 2011 

Poster Presenters may come and setup their poster from 14h00.

Posters will be located in the exhibition hall on Level 0

Posters will be group together according to their discipline.

Poster Numbers will be placed on the poster boards, please make sure you place your poster on the correct board.

Poster can be fixed onto the board, by using double side tape.  Please remember to bring your own double sided tape.

Posters can be removed on Sunday, 4 September 2011 after lunch.

Please consult the programme to check the times to check the times you will be required to present.
